Trigg Talley
Former U.S. Climate Negotiator
Trigg Talley served for nearly two decades as director of the U.S. State Department’s Office of Global Change, where he oversaw U.S. engagement in global climate negotiations and American cooperation on issues such as adaptation and clean energy.
Talley played a central role in the United Nations’ climate talks by helping to finalize the landmark Paris Agreement in 2015 and more recently to establish a fund for compensating climate-damaged nations.

Deirdre Walsh

Marjorie Clifton brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, helping organizations navigate complex cultural and policy conversations with integrity and credibility. Her work spans corporations, nonprofits, and federal agencies, with a focus on trust, values, and organizational culture. Marjorie is also a frequent media commentator, appearing on national television and radio. As Managing Partner at IGCI, she leads communications strategy and supports partners across sectors, including faith communities, with practical, nonpartisan civic education designed to meet people where they are.

Regina Q. Banks, JD is a womanist climate activist and professional advocate for economic, social and political justice. Since 2018, she has served as the Director of the Lutheran Office of Public Policy California (LOPP-CA) and currently serves as chair of Lutheran Social Services of Northern California. Regina is a proud alumna of Valparaiso University School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate and concentration in labor and employment law and policy. Prior to her tenure at LOPP-CA, Regina served as the Legislative Director for the 48th Assembly District (South Los Angeles).
