Texas is a big place, and it takes a lot of faithful advocates to keep the arc bending toward justice! Texas Impact team members work with our board and staff to meet with legislators, plan events, write letter, make calls, and more.
ISSUE CHAMPIONS
Issue-based groups meet regularly with Texas Impact staff and our coalition partners, and help mobilize their networks around opportunities and threats on their issues. Working with Texas Impact staff and coalition partners, team members will meet with lawmakers at the Capitol and in-district on a regular basis, and host events to showcase mainstream support for their issue.
