These past few months, there has been a renewed focus on the border. Breaking news of various deaths and harm to people seeking safety and protection caused by installed buoys in the Rio Grande has sprung many legal challenges. Amidst the various legal challenges, public outcry of news of the death and injury to people seeking safety and protection, there is also opportunity.
