The Texas Simplified Application Project (TSAP) is a new program specifically designed to help Texas seniors (over 60) and Texans with disabilities to save money on groceries. There are a number of ways to apply—one of the simplest is to call an assister in your area. Texans from anywhere in the state can dial 844.583.1500 to find a local assister.
