You will need two things to submit your entry.
1. A 10 minute clip of your video - Due to you tube restrictions, sermons longer than 10 min must be cut to under 10 minutes in length in order to enter the contest. See video specifications below.
2. A word document containing: a short bio; your photo ; the date, time, and location of the sermon; brief description of the audience of your sermon.
There are two ways you can submit your entry:

Mail your entry on video tape or DVD to Texas Impact at
*Please keep the project files on hand - Texas Impact may ask for a DVD from certain contest participants within two months of the contest’s end. Please keep the possibility open of creating a DVD-quality version of your submission.*
Video specifications:
Encoding: h.264 (preferred), Windows Media Video, MPEG-4
Resolution: 480 x 360 (standard def) or 640 x 360 (HD)
Frames per second: 30 (or the default framerate)
Data rate: 500kbps, 1mbps (preferred)
PLEASE NOTE: for maximum viewing quality, please do NOT export in a quality that reduces the framerate to 15 fps or below.
