SB 4 Prayer Vigil Wednesday, April 25, in the Capitol Rotunda

Join in prayer with Texans of all faiths and immigrants as our representatives debate the anti-immigrant bill SB 4. Whether you are in Austin or not, lift your voice for the vision we share—community, hospitality, and freedom from fear for all people.

In Austin:

Gather in the Capitol Rotunda starting at 6PM for a come-and-go prayer event featuring readings, reflections, and responsive prayers from a variety of faith traditions. Immigrant participants will share their stories, and we will all share our hopes for our common future. We will live-stream the vigil on Texas Impact’s Facebook page from 6PM to 8PM.

Outside of Austin:

By yourself or with a group, take a minute or however long you can to pray for immigrants, lawmakers, and all the people of Texas as we struggle to build safe and loving communities.

We will also streaming live video from the Capitol throughout the day on our Facebook page -- stay tuned.
