In the News: Austin Interfaith Vigil for Refugees, January 30, 2017

At Monday's interfaith vigil for refugees, held at First English Lutheran Church in Austin, hundreds packed the sanctuary and spilled out onto the sidewalk. Texas impact board members Simone Talma-Flowers and Rev. Krystal Leedy both spoke. Refugee families and service providers expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love and support they are receiving.

The vigil was covered by multiple local news agencies, including KEYE, KXAN, and KVUE. The Austin American-Statesman also wrote a story about the vigil -- read it here.
